1. Returns*: You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some items, like clearance or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

2. Condition*: Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or show signs of use may not be accepted.

3. Refunds*: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. You’ll receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs, once we receive and process your return.

4. Shipping*: You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Exceptions*: Certain items, like services, may not be refunded.
